I don't have an iPhone, what can I do?
Since we are a small start-up business, we have limited ourselves to only one manufacturer. If the request is there, we will offer the cases in the most popular formats. Sign up for our newsletter and Facebook page to keep up to date.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Boucherville, a city located on the South Shore of Montreal.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Who do you ship with?
We use Canada Post.
How much are the shipping fees?
There is a flat rate of $ 2.95 CAD.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, then 4-10 business days for shipping anywhere in Canada.
Can I track my order?
All our cases are shipped via Standard mail (no tracking number is available).
Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you wish to cancel or request any changes to your order. However, we will not be able to cancel or adjust any orders once they’ve been shipped.
Do you have a return policy?
If the product is damaged or defective, simply return your product within 30 days of the date of your purchase and you will get an exchange. You must provide the invoice, the original packaging and the product. You are responsible for the cost of the return fees. Since we donate a portion of our profits to various foundations of Quebec, we cannot offer a refund. Thank you.
